A full exterior repaint of a 4,800 sq ft commercial building — stucco body, metal fascia, steel entry doors, and parking lot bollards — completed on a tight weekend schedule to avoid business disruption.

Iron Crest replaced the kitchen island in an Eagle home with a new 8-foot by 52-inch storage island: black shaker cabinetry with a bank of drawers and a built-in microwave drawer on the working side, shallow 12-inch cabinets on the back, a matte black quartz countertop with a 12-inch overhang, and a re-centered row of three pendant lights. The rest of the kitchen stayed in place.

Iron Crest re-sided a two-story Boise home from the sheathing out: we removed the old siding, replaced damaged sheathing, wrapped the house in a new weather-resistive barrier, installed Mastic Ovation vinyl lap siding in Pebble Clay, replaced 14 windows including a bay window, added James Hardie soffit and fascia, painted the Hardie surfaces and hung new 26-gauge steel gutters.

A Mountain Home homeowner came to Iron Crest with a half-finished walk-in shower whose pan had not been built correctly by an earlier contractor. We removed the pan, drain and curb, rebuilt all three with new waterproofing, trimmed the existing wall panels and added 6-inch tile bands at the base and top, and finished the floor in pebble tile — keeping the wall panels that were still sound.

Iron Crest replaced the vinyl plank flooring in a Meridian basement with about 560 square feet of tile laid directly over the concrete slab. We prepped the slab, rolled on a RedGard waterproofing and crack-isolation membrane, and set rectangular plank-style tile in a staggered pattern with the tile the homeowner selected and supplied.

Iron Crest tore out an aging painted wood deck, its built-in bench and its steps at a Boise home and built a new 10 × 16 foot (160 sq ft) TimberTech AZEK composite deck from the ground up: six new concrete footings, 4×4 pressure-treated posts on galvanized post bases, a new 2×8 pressure-treated frame, TimberTech AZEK decking with hidden fasteners, two step runs down to the lawn, and 36-inch black metal railing. Job photos show the old decking stripped on June 17, 2026, the new frame up on June 19 and the finished deck on June 21.

A full kitchen gut in a Boise home with a vaulted ceiling and a distinctive arched window — walls opened for wiring and finish work, tile floor demoed to the subfloor, and a modern greige shaker kitchen built in with a calacatta quartz waterfall island, a Bosch stainless gas range, and a black undermount sink on the island.
