Leadership Team
Meet the experienced professionals driving Iron Crest Remodel forward.
Quick answer
Iron Crest Remodel is led by a small Boise-based team — Ben, Russ, George, Angie, and Mark — covering residential construction, project management, design, and client communication. Every leader's email address routes directly to them rather than to a queue, and each of them works on the projects they are named on.
Iron Crest Remodel is led by a small team based in Boise. Between them they cover residential construction, project management, design, and client communication — and each of them works on the projects they are named on, rather than handing them off.
From the front office to the job site, our leaders set the standard for quality, accountability, and craftsmanship that defines every Iron Crest Remodel project across the Treasure Valley. Each member of our leadership team is directly accessible to clients — because we believe the people running the company should be the same people standing behind the work.
Ben B.
Specializes in bathroom and shower remodels and has built a home from the ground up — he understands construction from A to Z.
Russ S.
Completely rebuilt and remodeled his own home from the studs out — with his own two hands.
George S.
Seven years in remodeling and construction with a background in computer science — he orders the materials and keeps every project on schedule.
At Iron Crest Remodel, leadership is not about titles — it is about ownership. Everyone we bring onto a project, from the project manager to the trades on the job site, is expected to raise a hand on anything that would compromise quality or the client’s experience.
We choose the people we work with for character and skill in equal measure. The result is a project team that treats your home the way they would treat their own — and a standard of mutual respect, accountability, and pride in the finished product that carries from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
We publish only what we can document. Iron Crest holds no manufacturer certifications and claims no trade-association credentials. What follows is the registration, insurance and warranty that actually stand behind the work.
Idaho Contractor Registration
Iron Crest Remodeling Group LLC is registered with the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses as RCE-6681702. Idaho registers residential contractors rather than licensing them, and the registration is confirmable on DOPL's public search.
Insurance and Bonding
We carry $2,000,000 in general liability coverage, workers' compensation, and a contractor bond. Certificates are available on request before work begins.
Workmanship Warranty
Every Iron Crest project carries a 3 years workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate, third-party terms.
Who You Actually Deal With
The people listed above are the people you reach. Each address on this page goes directly to that person, and the same person stays on the project from estimate to final walkthrough.
