The manufacturers below are the ones we specify most often, chosen for durability in Idaho's freeze-thaw and high-desert conditions, for locally stocked supply, and for warranty terms that are published rather than negotiated.
To be clear about what this page is and is not: these are manufacturers whose products we buy and install. Iron Crest holds no installer certification, dealer agreement or preferred-contractor designation with any of them, and none of them endorses us. Every material specification in your proposal names the product, and you are free to specify something else.

James Hardie
Fiber cement siding and trim. Non-combustible, which matters on Boise Foothills and WUI-zone work, and covered by a 30-year non-prorated limited substrate warranty (ColorPlus finish, 15 years).
Trex
Composite decking. Warranty term depends on the line: Enhance 25 years, Select 35 years, Transcend and Signature 50 years. We confirm the line and its term in your proposal rather than quoting one number for the brand.
Sherwin-Williams
Interior and exterior architectural coatings, stocked locally, with a color range and spec sheets we can hand you before the first gallon is opened.
Benjamin Moore
Paints and stains known for color accuracy and depth of finish. An alternative to Sherwin-Williams where a specific color or sheen calls for it.
Schluter
Kerdi sheet membrane waterproofing, uncoupling membrane and edge profiles. We install to Schluter's published specifications; we hold no Schluter installer certification and do not claim one.
Kohler
Kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Warranty terms vary by product line and are set by Kohler, not by us — we pass the manufacturer documentation through with your closeout package.
Moen
Faucets and shower systems for kitchens and bathrooms, with parts availability that matters years after the remodel is finished.
Delta
Faucets and shower systems, including touch-activated kitchen faucets. An alternative to Moen where a particular finish or valve body is specified.

Published Warranty Terms
Every manufacturer here publishes its warranty in writing, so the term covering your materials can be read before you buy rather than discovered after a failure.
Third-Party Terms, Passed Through
Material warranties are the manufacturer’s contract with you, not ours. We register the products where registration is required and hand you the documentation at closeout. Our own 3-year workmanship warranty sits alongside them and covers the installation.
Locally Stocked
These lines are carried by Boise-area distributors, so we can check real stock and real lead times before committing to a schedule.
Installed to Published Spec
We install to each manufacturer’s published installation instructions, because a manufacturer warranty is void the moment the install departs from them. We hold no installer certification or dealer designation with any manufacturer.
