Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a free, no-obligation consultation at your home. The visit runs 60 to 90 minutes: we listen to your goals, measure and assess the existing space, discuss your budget range, and flag the plumbing, electrical and structural conditions that tend to become surprises later.
Design & Planning
Our designer works with you to translate your vision into a detailed plan. We produce layout drawings, work through materials and finishes, and settle the selections that drive both the price and the lead times before anything is ordered.
Detailed Proposal
You receive a comprehensive, line-item proposal that covers every aspect of the project — labor, materials, permits, timelines, and payment schedule.
Pre-Construction
Before the first swing of a hammer, we handle the logistics. Permits are pulled in our own registered name, materials are ordered and staged, the trades are sequenced, and your start date is confirmed against confirmed delivery dates rather than hoped-for ones.
Construction
This is where precision meets execution. We build to the approved plans, with your project manager on site to check the work against the specification, keep the trades in sequence, and send you a daily summary with photos.
Final Walkthrough
When construction is complete, we conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to inspect every element of the finished project.

Timelines vary based on project scope, permitting requirements, and material lead times. Large-scale renovations or ADU projects may extend beyond the typical range shown above.
How long does the remodeling process take?
Most mid-sized remodeling projects in the Boise area take 8 to 14 weeks from initial consultation to final walkthrough. Larger projects such as whole-home renovations or ADU construction may extend to 16 to 24 weeks depending on scope, permitting timelines, and material lead times. Your detailed proposal includes a project-specific timeline with milestone dates.
What happens during the initial consultation?
During the free, no-obligation consultation, we visit your home to discuss your goals, assess the existing space, review your budget range, and answer all of your questions. This 60- to 90-minute visit gives us the information we need to determine if we are the right fit for your project and allows you to evaluate our team firsthand.
Do I need to move out during construction?
For most projects, you can remain in your home. We install professional dust barriers, maintain daily cleanup, and isolate work zones from your living spaces. For large-scale whole-home renovations or projects that affect kitchens and bathrooms simultaneously, we may recommend temporary relocation for a portion of the construction phase for your comfort and safety.
How do you handle unexpected issues during construction?
Unexpected conditions — such as hidden water damage, outdated wiring, or structural concerns — are documented immediately and communicated to you the same day. We provide a written change order detailing the issue, the recommended fix, and the cost and timeline impact before any additional work proceeds. There are no surprises or verbal agreements.
