- Keep project documentation current so estimates and invoices stay accurate
- Residential construction or remodeling experience
- Comfortable meeting homeowners in their homes and running the conversation
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and Boise-area coverage
- Smartphone capable of photo documentation and scheduling
- Able to operate as a 1099 independent contractor
- Working knowledge of Idaho building codes and permitting is a plus
