Project Manager — Boise, ID
Run residential remodeling projects across the Treasure Valley as an independent contractor. Leads are supplied by the general manager and your weekly schedule is booked by the office assistant — you visit each project on site, scope the work, and carry it through to completion.
- Residential construction or remodeling experience
- Comfortable meeting homeowners in their homes and running the conversation
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and Boise-area coverage
- Smartphone capable of photo documentation and scheduling
- Able to operate as a 1099 independent contractor
- Working knowledge of Idaho building codes and permitting is a plus
Office Assistant — Boise, ID (Hybrid)
Answer incoming calls, book appointments for our project managers, and support the general manager with day-to-day office work. Hybrid schedule split between the Boise office and working from home.
- Clear, professional phone manner
- Strong scheduling and organizational habits
- Comfortable with email, calendars, and basic office software
- Able to work from our Boise office part of each week
- Prior office, reception, or scheduling experience is a plus
Lead Carpenter / Remodeler — Boise, ID
Lead remodeling projects from start to finish. Responsible for framing, trim, cabinetry installation, and finish carpentry.
- 5+ years residential remodeling experience
- Proficiency in framing, trim, and finish carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Interior / Exterior Painter — Boise, ID
Interior and exterior painting for residential remodeling projects. Must have experience with surface preparation, spraying, rolling, and cutting in.
- 3+ years professional painting experience
- Experience with airless sprayers and HVLP equipment
- Knowledge of paint types, finishes, and prep techniques
- Ability to work at heights (ladders and scaffolding)
- Clean, professional appearance and work habits
Tile Installer — Boise, ID
Install ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile for bathroom and kitchen remodels.
- 3+ years tile installation experience
- Proficiency with wet saws, tile cutters, and leveling systems
- Experience with shower pan construction and waterproofing
- Ability to work with large-format tiles and mosaics
- Reliable transportation and tools
Sales Estimator — Boise, ID
Conduct in-home consultations, measure and scope remodeling projects, and prepare detailed estimates for Boise-area homeowners.
- 2+ years estimating or sales in residential construction
- Knowledge of remodeling scopes, materials, and pricing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to use estimating software and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up habits
