Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: September 19, 2026

Iron Crest Remodel is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

We believe that every person deserves equal access to information about our remodeling services, regardless of ability. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continuously work to improve the user experience for all visitors to ironcrestremodel.com.

Our website includes the following accessibility features:

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. While we strive for full compliance, some content may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility issues across all pages and features.

Our website is designed to be compatible with common assistive technologies, including:

• Screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
• Screen magnification software
• Speech recognition software
• Keyboard-only navigation

Despite our efforts, some areas of our website may have accessibility limitations. Known limitations include:

• The embedded Google map on our contact page is third-party content with its own accessibility behaviour, which we do not control. The same address, phone number and hours are given as plain text beside it.
• The AI design tools rely on uploading and viewing images, which is inherently visual. Call us at (208) 779-5551 and we will walk through the same conversation by phone.
• Some project and gallery images carry short alt text that names the project rather than describing the space in detail.

If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our website or need assistance accessing our content, please contact us. We welcome your feedback and are committed to providing an inclusive digital experience.

In addition to web accessibility, Iron Crest Remodel builds physical accessibility modifications for homes: aging-in-place renovations, barrier-free and curbless shower installations, grab-bar blocking, wider doorways, and single-floor living conversions. A note on terminology — the ADA governs public accommodations, not private homes, so no residential bathroom is “ADA-compliant”. What we do is accessible design, and where it is useful we build to the ICC A117.1 dimensions the ADA standards are drawn from. Visit our Accessibility & Aging in Place resource page for more information.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or file a complaint through the ADA.gov website.
